Jacob Jose and OPUS Financial Services, Ltd. represent the GC3
BIO-sin-thesys Network in India. Jacob has 18 years experience in project planning,
international business development, overseas investment and business strategy.
His interest in international biotechnology initiatives arose as a result of the cross
continent opportunities he observed while attaining an international business
degree at Tufts and Harvard. Jacob attended the University of Kerala in India,
holds a MA in International Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade
in New Delhi, and obtained a Master’s degree in International Business
Relations, Finance and Economic Law from the Fletcher School of Law
and Diplomacy. |

David Silver and BiotechEast Company, Limited represent the GC3 BIO-sin-thesys Network in
Taiwan. David has been based in Taiwan for the last twelve years. He has
held media and marketing positions in a number of local companies. Involved
in the first out-licensing of Taiwan biotechnology to an overseas company with
Taipei’s Biowell Technologies, David has a wealth of marketing expertise,
communications skills and contacts within Taiwan’s life-science community.
David has a B.PhEd from Otago University in New Zealand. |
