Michelle Foster is an independent marketing consultant to management groups in China, Vietnam and Colombia. Michelle was formerly a senior executive for the Newspaper Division of Gannett Company, Inc. and has won industry awards for marketing and business innovation. She lived in Taiwan for three years and later was a Foreign Expert at the Beijing Institute of Foreign Trade. She is fluent in Chinese and has a Master’s degree in International Management (MIM) from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. |

Ross Johnston is fluent in Russian and has extensive travel experience in Eastern Europe, Russia and the Caucuses. He worked at the Regional Security Office of the US Embassy in Yerevan, Armenia and participated in a communications internship at the Center for Business Ethics and Corporate Governance in St. Petersburg. Ross also studied media relations and Russian at Hertzen University in St. Petersburg. He is a graduate of Tufts University and is attending the Columbia University Masters Program for Russian and Eastern European Studies. |

Jay Mirkil has over twenty years of international trade and commerce experience that was spent pricing and distributing portfolio reinsurance to protect multiple line insurance companies. As additional underwriting tools he built custom risk solution models and developed new e-business selection criteria for various insurance lines. Jay has a BS in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School. |

Tiffany O'Neill has vast experience and training in media relations, strategic planning and business consulting. Among her assignments are work with the Eisenhower Fellowship as Public Affairs Officer, Highmark Strategies liaison to the Insurance Commissioner of Taiwan and assistant to the Vice Provost for Research at Lehigh University. Tiffany was an arts, history and political science major at Wilson College and completed her Master’s degree at the University of Pennsylvania Fels Institute of Government. |

Souvik Sen was born in Bahrain and has strong skills in the international financial services sector having worked for various Bahraini banks. The specialties he brings to GC3 are in global corporate finance, money and risk management and multinational investment analysis. Souvik is a graduate of Drexel University having attained a BS in Business Administration and is fluent in Bengali, English and French. |

Charles Walsh is an international trade consultant living near Philadelphia. He was a Senior Foreign Service Officer with the Department of State until the summer of 2006. Fluent in a number of languages including Japanese, he is a former Senior Advisor to the U.S. Delegation to the OSCE in Vienna, Austria. He has long specialized in media relations and strategic planning in areas ranging from economic development to the role of information in a dynamic society. Charlie is an author in his free time and is in the process of finishing his first novel. |

Sida Wang  is a native of China born in Hangzhou. He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and has established a strong international rapport with Asia during his extensive years of travel. His academic training focuses on computer applications for business and advanced statistical modeling that result from his work with quantitative analysis and integrated algorithmic design. Sida is a candidate for a BS in Economics at the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School. |
