Irene Tsai is a trade development specialist for both the public and private sectors. Over her 18 year global trade career Irene built extensive business and government networks throughout Greater China. She created and managed trade and investment offices for the states of California and Kansas in Taiwan. Currently she and her staff run a new office for Pennsylvania. Irene has also directed executive research initiatives that resulted in the successful placement of executive candidates with foreign and domestic corporations.
Ms. Tsai continues to guide multinational clients through complicated trade negotiations and build B2B cross strait and international partnerships with Taiwan. Irene received her BA from Ming Chuan University in Taipei, Taiwan and MBA from Dominican University, California, USA. |
